Blainroe Estate comprises of 141 houses in various styles, from two to four bedrooms, in a rolling landscape of shared parklands and well-maintained roads. The estate comprises three ‘neighbourhoods’ – The Briary, The Wavering and Monks’ Glade – but it really is one community.
All Blainroe homeowners are members of Blainroe Estate Management Company (BEMC).
BEMC is a company limited by guarantee, managed through a board of directors comprising a chair, secretary, treasurer and up to ten other owner-members.

The management company’s Annual General Meeting is held in August of each year and is always well attended by supportive members.
At the 2019 AGM the members approved a new constitution.
