Welcome to Blainroe Estate
Blainroe Estate comprises of 141 houses in various styles, from two to four bedrooms, in a rolling landscape of shared parklands and well-maintained roads. The estate comprises three ‘neighbourhoods’ – The Briary, The Wavering and Monks’ Glade – but it really is one community.
MANAGING BLAINROE ESTATE
All Blainroe homeowners are members of Blainroe Estate Management Company (BEMC).
BEMC is a company limited by guarantee, managed through a board of directors comprising a chair, secretary, treasurer and up to ten other owner-members.
The board is responsible for:
- maintaining and enhancing the estate in the best collective interests of all members and residents
- protecting the legal status of homeowners
- protecting boundaries and rights-of-way
- determining and collecting service charges and special levies
- encouraging a positive community spirit
- increasing the value of Blainroe properties
- heightening the enjoyment of owners and residents
The management company’s Annual General Meeting is held in August of each year and is always well attended by supportive members.
At the 2019 AGM the members approved a new constitution.
